       什么是老书虫国际文学节呢？
      
       BECOME A FRIEND OF THE FESTIVAL
      
       The Bookworm Literary Festival (BLF) is an independently funded, non-profit festival – driven by the local community – dedicated to showcasing the best writers and thinkers from China and abroad, and creating year-round programmes and events to develop and promote all aspects of the written and spoken word. A true celebration of literature and ideas, this is the 12th Bookworm Literary Festival and since 2007 more than 4,000 writers from 70 countries around the world have graced the Bookworm’s stage.

       老书虫文学节是一个由本地社群发起、独立出资、非盈利的文学节。它致力于汇聚中外最杰出的作家和思想者，打造贯穿全年的文学活动，促进文字书写与表达的全面发展。今年我们迎来了第 12 届老书虫文学节。“文学与思想的庆典”，它当之无愧。自 2007 年首届文学节以来，世界 70 多个国家近 4000 位作家陆续登上老书虫的舞台，群星闪耀。老书虫文学节活动形式丰富，主要有作家分享、小组对谈、朗读、写作工作坊、辩论、演出等，还有音乐、喜剧、电影等为之增光添色。
      
       VOLUNTEERS & MODERATORS WANTED 志愿者及主持人招募
      
       Each year, the Bookworm Literary Festival (BLF) relies on the support of a team of dedicated volunteers to ensure things stay on track.
      
       每届老书虫国际文学节顺利举行，给力的志愿者团队功不可没。
      
       Volunteers are expected to, during and after the festival, assist across a range of areas, including author care, ticket management, floor coordination, technical control, and much more.  
      
       文学节期间，志愿者们负责对接作家、管理票务、协调现场、监督设备等等。
        
       Key qualities we are looking for:

       Broad knowledge base 知识面广
      
       The Bookworm Team will provide training to selected candidates.
