[申请指导] 如何准备美国音乐硕士申请作品集？

申请美国音乐硕士时，一般需要完成Prescreening 和Live Audition, 即预审试音和现场试音。Prescreening可理解为申请时需要提交的作品集。很多排名靠前的学校是通过prescreening之后才能有资格进入Live Audition。当然，视学校而定，如果学校同意，可以用prescreening的曲子继续进入audition的审核。那到底录音作品集该如何准备呢？
以顶尖音乐学院茱莉亚音乐学院申请Master of Music-Voice为参考：
申请时，必须在截止日期前提交prescreening 的材料，曲目要求：
1. An Italian art song or aria from 18th century or before.一首18世纪或者18世纪之前的意大利艺术歌曲或者咏叹调
2. A song in English （not a translation）. 一首英文歌曲
3. A third selection in any language. 一首自选语言歌曲
4. An opera aria from any period, in any language. （An oratorio aria may not be used to fulfill this requirement.）任意一首歌剧咏叹调（不能是清唱剧（神剧）咏叹调）
5. One German Lied. 一首德语抒情曲
6. One French Melodie. 一首法语歌曲
曲目格式：
音频格式，每一首曲子独立保存（只能传MP3，OGG,M4A,AIFF, WMA, WAV,AAC,FLAC等音频格式）Voice （audio recordings）
提交方式：
通过Acceptd, 专门的录音上传通道上传，信用卡额外支付15刀上传费用。
经过招生委员会的审核，学校会给进入下一轮的学生发邀请函，赴美参加Live Audition现场试音复试，学生一般需要在2月初准备好旅游签证，2月底或三月初飞抵美国学校参加现场复试。
现场试音面试曲目：
1.An additional German Lied. 一首德国抒情歌曲
2.An additional French Melodie. 一首法国小调
3.A 20th or 21st-century art song in any language. 一首20或21世纪任何语言的艺术曲目
4.If English is not your native speaking language, please prepare an additional song in your native language. 母语歌曲
准备作品集时，必须留意学校对曲目，作品格式，提交方式，提交截止时间等要求。作品集在艺术类学科申请中发挥着举足轻重的地位，因此申请者必须提前规划好自己的作品集准备时间。所谓台下十年功，台下一分钟。 到美国学校进行现场复试时，除了表演自己准备的曲子外，还需要抽题进行考核。另外，有些学校还需要进行英语面试，主要考察学生的基本英语表达能力，或者是进行英语纸质测试，有阅读，语法，完形填空（涉及交响乐内容，需要专业技能+对内容的分析）等形式。因此，提前规划准备对申请艺术类学科的学生非常重要。

Graduate applicants must take a short diction test （approximately 15-20 minutes）， covering general IPA. Applicants may take the test either before or after their scheduled audition time.
